Surveying Your Property

A new survey is not required by the state of North Carolina or Georgia to convey property. A buyer always has the option of obtaining a new survey to verify boundary lines and identify specific footages. I can provide a listing of Licesnsed surveyors that work in the Tri-State area. Normal lead time for surveys is anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months.
